Lili’s general recommendation to make the connection from your external app to Lili:
- go to your vendor’s website / app
- navigate to the account settings tab of the external app; it may also be referred to as payment details settings
- choose update payment details / change bank account details
- click on connect a bank account via Plaid
- Search for “Lili” from the list of banks / financial institutions
- enter your Lili user and password
If the automatic option is not available or you can’t find Lili on the list of banks / financial institutions, go to the manual connection option, enter your Lili routing (091017138) and account number. Your vendor might send a micro deposit(s) / transaction(s) to your Lili account for verification. Monitor your Lili account to make sure that the transaction(s) was received (it can take up to 3 days) and provide the transaction amount as requested to your vendor. Once the account is verified, you can begin sending funds to your Lili account.
Examples of external applications to connect to your Lili account:
- Stripe, Paypal, CashApp, Venmo
- Square, Shopify, Etsy, eBay
- Gusto, ADP

Question: Why can’t I complete the connection?
Please make sure that you’re using Lili’s ACH routing number (091017138) and not Lili’s Wire routing number.
Question: I’m entered Lili’s ACH routing number correctly, but it's not recognized. What can I do?
