Account Limits
You can find your Lili account deposit and withdrawal limits in both the Web and Mobile Apps. For instructions on how to navigate to the Transactions Limits page, please see below, or click here to go directly to the page within the App:
Web App:
- navigate to where your name is showing at the top right of the app
- click on the down arrow to open the dropdown window
- Click on Transactions Limits
Mobile App:
- navigate to the main menu
- scroll down and choose Transactions Limits
Note: customers are unable to customize their account limits.
Request Limit Increase
If you are interested in increasing your account limits, please visit the Transactions Limits page (see instructions above). Customers that are eligible for higher limits will see the "Need a higher limit? Apply for Limit Increase" option at the top of the Transaction Limits page found in the App (see below):
If you are interested in applying for a limit increase, click on the link and follow the instructions.
Lili is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC. The Lili Visa® Debit Card is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. The Card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
Wire Transfer services are provided by Column Bank N.A., Member FDIC. All wires are subject to acceptance criteria and risk-based review and may be rejected at the sole discretion of Column Bank N. A. or Lili App Inc.
