How can we help?

How do I link Cash App to my Lili Account?

You can connect Cash App to your Lili account so you can move money between the two and use Lili for your business spending. Cash App lets you link Lili either as a bank account or by using your Lili Visa® debit card.

Before you start

To help ensure a smooth connection:

  • Your Lili account must be open and active.
  • Cash App must be set up with your correct legal name and a U.S. address, and you must be logged in to the Cash App profile you want to link.
  • Have your Lili routing and account number ready if you plan to link Lili as a bank account. You can find them in the Lili app under your account details.

Option 1: Link your Lili Visa® debit card in Cash App

This option adds your Lili debit card as a payment method in Cash App. It’s useful when you want to use your Lili card to add funds to Cash App or pay for Cash App purchases.

To add your Lili card in Cash App:

  1. Open Cash App on your phone.
  2. Tap the profile icon (top‑right) or the profile section on the home screen.
  3. Select Linked Banks (or Linked Accounts, depending on your Cash App experience).
  4. Choose Link Debit Card (or add a new card).
  5. Enter your Lili Visa debit card details: card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
  6. Save your changes.

Once saved, your Lili card will appear as a linked payment method in Cash App and can be used according to Cash App’s rules and limits.

Option 2: Link Lili as a bank account in Cash App

This option allows Cash App to send or pull funds directly to or from your Lili account via ACH.

To add Lili as a bank in Cash App:

  1. Open Cash App.
  2. Tap the profile icon on the home screen.
  3. Select Linked Banks (or Linked Accounts).
  4. Tap Link Bank.
  5. Follow the prompts to connect:
    • If Cash App uses a secure connector (such as Plaid), you may be able to search for “Lili”, select it, and sign in with your Lili username and password to verify your account instantly.
    • If you don’t see Lili listed, or you prefer manual entry, choose the option to enter bank details manually and provide:
      • Your Lili ACH routing number
      • Your Lili account number

When entering your Lili details manually:

  • Use Lili’s ACH routing number, not our wire routing number.
  • Make sure the name on the Cash App profile matches the owner name on your Lili account to help avoid name‑mismatch issues.

Cash App may verify your bank instantly or by sending one or more test transactions. If they use test deposits, it can take a couple of business days before the account is fully verified.

Moving money between Cash App and Lili

Once your Lili card or bank account is linked:

  • You can cash out from Cash App to Lili by choosing your linked Lili bank account as the destination. These transfers typically go through ACH and may take 1–3 business days, depending on Cash App’s processing times and settings.
  • You can use your Lili debit card within Cash App as a funding method for payments, subject to Cash App’s limits and fees.

Standard Lili processing timelines apply to any transfers that arrive at your Lili account.
Lili’s card limits apply when using your Lili debit card within Cash App.

If you can’t link Lili or run into errors

If Cash App shows an error when you try to link Lili:

  • Double‑check that you are entering the correct Lili ACH routing number and account number for manual setups.
  • Confirm that the name and address in your Cash App profile match the information on your Lili account as closely as possible.
  • Make sure you can log in to Lili normally. If there are any issues or security prompts on the Lili side, resolve those first, then try linking again.

If Cash App still can’t link your Lili account, you can:

  • Contact Cash App support to confirm whether there are any restrictions on linking your bank.
  • Move money between Cash App and Lili using an ACH transfer initiated from Lili or another external bank, if appropriate, by using Cash App’s routing and account numbers as the destination.

If you need help locating your Lili routing and account number or understanding your Lili limits, contact us (see the options listed in How do I contact the Lili team?) .
