You can link your Lili account to eBay so that your sales payouts are deposited directly into your Lili account. This helps you keep your marketplace income and business expenses in one place.
Before you start
To help ensure a smooth connection:
- Your eBay seller account should be active and verified.
- The name on your Lili account should match the name (or legal business name) on your eBay seller profile as closely as possible.
- Have your Lili routing and account number ready. You can find them in the Lili app under your account details.
For eBay payouts to a U.S. bank, you will use your Lili ACH routing number, not the wire routing number.
How to link your eBay account to Lili
Follow these steps from your eBay account on the web:
- Sign in to your eBay account at ebay.com .
- Go to Account Settings (you may see this under My eBay or Seller Hub > Payments, depending on your eBay experience).
- Select Payment options or Payout methods, then choose Add payment option or Add bank account.
- When prompted to add a bank, choose All other banks (or the option to manually enter bank details).
- Enter the following Lili account information:
- Account type: Checking
- Routing number: Your Lili ACH routing number (091017138)
- Account number: Your Lili account number
- Account holder name: The owner or business name as it appears on your Lili account
- Review all details carefully and save your changes.
eBay may attempt to verify your bank instantly or by sending one or more small test deposits (micro‑deposits) to your Lili account.
Verification and timing
Depending on your eBay setup, your Lili account may be verified in one of two ways:
- Instant verification – eBay confirms your bank details right away using their internal checks.
- Micro‑deposits – eBay sends one or more small deposits to your Lili account that you must confirm within your eBay account.
If eBay uses micro‑deposits:
- It can take up to 2–3 business days for the small deposits to appear in your Lili transactions.
- Once they appear, sign back in to your eBay account, go to your Payment options / Payout methods, and enter the exact amounts to complete verification.
Your Lili account must be fully verified in eBay before your eBay sales payouts can be sent there.
How payouts from eBay post to Lili
After your Lili account is linked and verified:
- eBay will send your payouts to your Lili account according to the payout schedule you choose in eBay (daily, weekly, etc.).
- Payouts are typically sent via ACH transfer. Once eBay initiates a payout, it usually arrives in your Lili account within 1–3 business days, depending on eBay’s processing time and standard ACH posting windows.
- You will see the deposit in your Lili transaction history as an ACH credit or similar description.
Standard Lili processing timelines apply to incoming payouts.
If you can’t link eBay to Lili or don’t see your payouts
If you run into issues linking Lili to eBay or receiving payouts:
- Double‑check that you entered your Lili ACH routing and account number correctly, and that you selected Checking as the account type.
- Make sure the name on your eBay seller profile matches the owner or business name on your Lili account as closely as possible.
- If eBay used micro‑deposits, wait up to 3 business days and then confirm the exact amounts in your eBay account.
If a payout shows as “sent” on eBay but you don’t see it in your Lili account after the expected timeframe:
- Confirm the payout date and amount in your eBay Payments / Payouts section.
- Check your Lili transactions and statements for that date range.
- If you still don’t see the payout, contact eBay support for transaction details or a payout reference.
- Then reach out to the Lili team (see options listed in How do I contact the Lili team?) with those details so we can help review the incoming transfer.
