How do I change my personal, business, operational, or mailing address?

Keeping your addresses up to date helps us verify your business, stay compliant, and make sure your cards and important notices arrive on time. You can update your personal or business address directly in the Lili app, with a few important rules to keep in mind.
 

The addresses we use and what they’re for

Lili may collect and use the following addresses for your account:

  • Personal address – Your residential address as the individual owner or representative, used to help verify your identity and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Business address – The official address of your business as it appears on formation documents and other official records.
  • Operational address – The physical location where your day‑to‑day business activities actually take place (for example, your office, studio, warehouse, or other workspace).
  • Mailing address – The address where you want to receive mail related to your Lili account, including cards. This can be your business, operational, or personal address, as long as you reliably receive mail there.

Each address plays a specific role in how we verify your business, protect your account, and deliver essential communications.
 

 

When you can change your addresses

For the first 30 days after opening your account, you cannot update your operational address details through the app due to regulatory requirements. During this initial period, if something is incorrect, contact Lili Support and our team will help review and correct it where possible.

After the first 30 days, you can manage your business, operational, mailing, and personal addresses through Settings in the Web App. In many cases, you can also update them through the Mobile App.

How to change your addresses in the Web App

You can manage all four addresses—business, operational, mailing, and personal—directly from Settings in the Web App.

  1. Sign in to your Lili account from a web browser.
  2. Go to Profile in the upper‑left corner and select Account Settings.
  3. In the Business Info section, find the address you want to update (business, operational, or mailing).
  4. In the Personal Info section, find the Personal Address.
  5. Click Edit next to that address and enter your new information.
  6. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the update.
  7. Review your changes and select Save to submit.

If we need more information to approve an update, we’ll let you know what’s required and how to provide it.
