What are the fees for Lili's account plans?

Customers may elect to pay their account plan fee either monthly or annually as indicated below. The monthly or annual term commences after a free trial period, if available, and renews automatically. 

The following table provides information about the monthly and annual account plan fees (not including onboarding discounts [40% off for first 3 months] or limited time discounts [if set]):

The monthly fee will be deducted 30 days after joining a Lili paid plan (when opening the account or after the first upgrade from Lili Basic to a paid plan), and each month thereafter. For example, if you have an existing account and you upgrade from Lili Basic for the first time to a paid plan, on the 3rd of the month, the first fee will be debited 30 days later, on the 3rd and each month thereafter.

Customers electing to pay their plan fees annually have ten (10) business days from making the annual payment, to request a full refund of the annual fee. Thereafter, no refund will be provided, even if the customer decides to downgrade to a lower cost plan. If the customer decides to upgrade to a higher cost plan, Lili will issue a credit for the remainder of the current term and charge the customer’s account a full annual fee for the new plan.
