How do I access my Lili account?

There are two ways to sign into your Lili account: using the web app or through mobile app.

You can access your Lili account by logging in to Lili's web app via a desktop / laptop / tablet browser.

You can also access your Lili account via the Lili mobile app. If you have not downloaded the mobile app to your telephone, you can use one of the following links to do so:

To access your Lili account, you will need your email address and password, that were set during the application process. In your first sign in, you will also be prompted for a verification code that Lili will send to your mobile phone as a text message (two factor authentication - 2FA). 

The 2FA is requested when you sign in from a new device or a new location.
