If you do not recognize a transaction in your Lili account , we ask that you temporarily freeze your card to avoid any other fraudulent transactions to post on the account:
1. Login to your Lili app
2. In the Menu under Lili Card Settings, switch “Transactions are allowed” to off.
Then you should contact us immediately by calling us at 855.545.4380.
How do I cancel a transaction that I made?
The fastest and simple way to make sure your funds are refunded is to contact the merchant directly. You can find the merchant details in your Lili app under the specific transaction. If you have already contacted the merchant, allow three-to-five business days for the credit to post to your Lili Account.
If this time period has passed, or you have already contacted the merchant and have not been able to resolve the issue with them, contact us and can start the dispute process.
