How can we help?

Can I see the disputes reported by other users on the account?

Yes. If you have full access to a multi‑user Lili account, you can see card and transaction disputes reported by any other full‑access user on that same account.

Who can see and file disputes?

  • Users with full access to a Lili account can:
    • View disputes reported by other full‑access users on that account.
    • Report disputes on eligible transactions they can see in the account activity.

If you’re unsure whether you have full access, check your role in the account’s Roles & Permissions settings or ask the owner to confirm your level of access.

Where can I see disputes from other users?

When another full‑access user files a dispute on a transaction for this account, you’ll be able to see that:

  • The transaction is marked as disputed or under review in your transaction history, and
  • Any status updates (for example, opened, in review, resolved) that Lili makes available in the app.

This allows everyone with full access to stay aligned on which transactions are being reviewed, even if only one person initiated the dispute.

Who receives updates from Lili?

Only the card holder whose card was used for the transaction will receive direct updates from Lili (for example, emails about the dispute progress or outcome) for that specific dispute.

  • Other full‑access users can still see the dispute and its status in the account activity.
  • They may not receive separate emails or push notifications about that dispute.

If you need more detail about a dispute another user filed, you can review the transaction in the app and follow up with the card holder or account owner as needed.

Owner responsibilities and user access

The account owner remains responsible for overall account activity, including disputes filed by other users:

  • Review transactions and disputes regularly.
  • Remove or adjust access for any user you don’t recognize or no longer wish to have access to the account.
  • Make sure anyone with full access understands your internal policies for when and how to dispute transactions.

If you believe a dispute was filed in error or you see activity you don’t recognize, contact the Lili team (see: How do I contact the Lili team?) so we can review the situation with you.
