How do I use my Digital Lili card?

You can use your digital Lili card immediately after you complete the application process. The card is available for mobile and online purchases. We recommend that you add your card to Apple Pay / Google Pay. For more details, please go here.

Your Digital Lili card contains the exact same information as your physical debit card: same card number, expiration date and CVV Security Code. When you shop online, these are the 3 card details merchants will ask for in order to process your payment.

Sometimes merchants will also ask for your zip code. If you have a business address associated with your Lili account, you must provide the business address zip code. If you only have a personal address associated with your Lili account, then use the zip code associated with your personal address. 

To access your Lili Debit Card details, please use the instructions below.

In the Web App:
 - sign into the Web app by going here
 - move your mouse to the left side of the page, and click on "My Lili Card"
 - in the center of the page, after the "My Lili Card" section appears, click on "Show Card Details"

In the Mobile App:
 - sign into the Mobile app
 - going to Main Menu > My Lili Card to view the card details

Note: all your card details can also be found on the back of your physical Lili debit card.
