How can we help?

How do I use my Digital Lili card?

Your Lili Visa Debit Card is available digitally in the app the moment your account is approved - no need to wait for your physical card to arrive. Your digital card details are identical to those printed on your physical card, so you can start using them right away for online, in-app, and in-store purchases.

Your cards in the app

To access your digital cards, tap Cards from the main navigation in the Lili app. Your cards are displayed in tabs:

  • Lili Visa Debit Card - available to all Lili account holders from day one.
  • Lili BusinessBuild Credit Card - available only after joining the BusinessBuild program and completing a card application. If you have not yet enrolled, you will only see the Debit Card tab.

What you can do with your digital card

  • Make purchases on any website or app that accepts Visa
  • Pay in-store at any merchant that accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay contactless payments
  • Use your card immediately while your physical card is in transit
  • Keep your physical card safe while using digital details for online transactions

Your digital card details are the same as those on your physical Lili Visa Debit Card - the same card number, expiration date, and CVV.

How to view your card details

To make online or in-app purchases, you will need your card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Web App:

  1. Sign in at app.lili.co.
  2. Navigate to Cards from the left panel.
  3. Select the card tab you want to use.
  4. Click Show Details.
  5. Complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt to verify your identity.
  6. Your full card number, expiration date, and CVV will be revealed.

Mobile App:

  1. Open the Lili app and tap Cards.
  2. Select the card tab you want to use.
  3. Tap Show Details.
  4. Complete the MFA prompt to verify your identity.
  5. Your full card details will be displayed.

Note: MFA verification is required every time you reveal card details. This is a security measure to protect your account.

Important: entering the correct zip code at checkout

Some merchants require a billing zip code to verify your identity at checkout. Your correct billing zip code is displayed directly on the Debit Card page within the Cards section of the app.

To find it:

  1. Tap Cards in the app.
  2. Select your Lili Visa Debit Card tab.
  3. Your billing zip code is shown on this page - use this exact zip code when prompted at checkout.

Using the wrong zip code will cause the transaction to be declined.

How to add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay

Adding your digital card to a mobile wallet lets you pay in-store at any contactless terminal - making it just as versatile as your physical card.

  1. Open your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.
  2. Tap Add Payment Method, then Add a Card.
  3. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV from the Cards section of the Lili app.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to verify and activate.

Keeping your card details safe

Your card details — number, expiration date, and CVV - give direct access to your business funds. Treat them with the same care as a password.

  • Never share your card details via email, text, phone, or messaging apps, even with someone claiming to be from Lili. Lili support will never ask for your CVV.
  • Do not save your card details in unsecured notes or shared documents.
  • Use trusted checkout pages only - look for HTTPS and a locked padlock icon before entering card information.
  • If your details are compromised, freeze your card immediately from the Cards section of the app and contact Lili Support.

MFA is required every time you reveal your card details in the app, ensuring that even if someone has access to your phone, they cannot view your card information without your authentication.

Spending limits

Your digital and physical Lili cards share the same daily spending limits. To review your current limits, go to Account Settings in the app and tap Transaction Limits.
