Can I have multiple debit cards?

This article applies to multi‑user or joint business accounts.

Each person listed on a Lili account with full access (the primary account owner and each UBO) can have one active physical Lili Visa Debit Card in their own name. A separate card is mailed to each user’s personal address via USPS and can take up to 14 calendar days to arrive.

Your physical Lili debit card also appears as a digital version of the same card in the app, which you can use for online and mobile purchases once your account is funded.

  • You cannot have more than one active physical debit card in the same person’s name for the same account.
  • If you have a DBA or sole proprietor account, Lili only allows one user on the account, so only one debit card is issued.
  • If your physical card has not arrived after 14 calendar days, please contact our support team so we can investigate and, if needed, cancel and reissue your card. You can continue using your digital card for online and mobile purchases in the meantime.
