There are several reasons why a debit card transaction might be declined.
For instance, if you have temporarily frozen your Lili Visa® Debit Card, no new card transactions will be approved. Another cause for a card decline might be due to insufficient funds in the account to cover the transaction. Also, if you enter an incorrect PIN number, the transaction will be declined.
