Lili offers four plans—Lili Basic (Core), Lili Pro, Lili Smart, and Lili Premium—each with its own monthly and annual subscription options.
Customers may choose to pay their account plan fee monthly or annually, as shown below. The monthly or annual term begins after any free trial period, if available, and then renews automatically for the same term unless changed or canceled in accordance with your account agreement.
Plan fees are charged per account, not per user.
Monthly and annual account plan fees
The following table provides information about the standard monthly and annual account plan fees (not including onboarding discounts such as 40% off for the first 3 months, or limited‑time promotional discounts, if any):

These fees apply to the Lili app subscription for each plan. There are no separate monthly maintenance fees for the Savings Account itself; your plan’s subscription fee and any applicable account fees still apply.
When monthly plan fees are charged
If you choose to pay monthly:
- The first monthly plan fee for a paid plan will be deducted 30 days after you join a Lili paid plan
- This applies whether you choose a paid plan when opening your account, or upgrade later from Lili Basic to a paid plan
- The same fee amount will then be deducted each month on that date
Example:
- You upgrade from Lili Basic to a paid plan on the 3rd of the month
- Your first monthly plan fee will be debited 30 days later, on the 3rd, and then on the 3rd of each month thereafter
If you move between paid plans, your future monthly fees will reflect the pricing of your new plan from the relevant billing cycle, as described in your account terms.
When annual plan fees are charged and refunded
If you choose to pay annually:
- The full annual fee for your selected plan will be charged at the start of your annual term (after any free trial period, if applicable)
- You will have ten (10) business days from the date of the annual payment to request a full refund of that annual fee
- After this 10‑business‑day period, no refund of the annual fee will be provided, even if you decide to downgrade to a lower‑cost plan during the annual term
If you upgrade from one annual plan to a higher‑cost annual plan during your current term:
- Lili will issue a credit for the unused portion of your current annual term, and
- Charge your account the full annual fee for the new plan to start a new 12‑month term at the higher tier
If you downgrade from a higher‑cost annual plan to a lower‑cost plan after the 10‑business‑day refund window, the annual fee you have already paid will not be refunded; your downgrade will typically take effect after your current annual term ends, subject to your account agreement.
Where to find all other possible fees
The table above covers subscription (plan) fees only. Lili may charge separate fees for certain services and transactions. Examples include:
- Out‑of‑network and international ATM usage
- Express ACH delivery
- International incoming and outgoing wires
- Mail‑a‑Check service
Many everyday actions carry no additional Lili fee, such as:
- ATM withdrawals at MoneyPass network ATMs in the U.S.
- Standard ACH transfers
- Domestic incoming wires
- Bill Pay services
- Standard card replacement
- Overdrafts (no overdraft fee)
