Monthly or Annual Account Fees
Monthly or Annual Fees for Lili App Inc. (Lili) Accounts described in Section 3 of the Sunrise Banks Account Agreement are listed below. For the paid plans, you may elect to pay either annually or monthly, as indicated below. The monthly or annual term commences after a free trial period, if available, and renews automatically. Customers electing to pay their plan fees annually have ten (10) business days from the beginning of the term to request a full refund of the annual fee. Thereafter, no refund will be provided, even if you decide to downgrade to a lower cost plan. If you decide to upgrade to a higher cost plan, we will issue you a credit for the remainder of the current term and charge your account a full annual fee for the new plan.

All fees are charged in advance, not in arrears. Any plan fees not paid when due may be collected at any time, from any account or sub-account owned by you, when sufficient funds are available. We reserve the right to close any account if plan fees are not paid when due. From time to time, we may offer incentive discounts to new applicants, which are not reflected in this table. If you change from a monthly to annual plan during any incentive discount period, the remaining incentive discount will not be applied to your new annual plan. Other transaction fees may apply. Additional fees are set forth in the Schedule of Fees below.
