The Lili Accountant Portal is a secure, web-based workspace built for accountants and bookkeepers who support small and medium-sized business clients. It lets you invite clients to open a Lili business account, track those referrals, and (with your client’s permission) view key banking information in one place.

The portal is designed for external accountants and bookkeepers (solo practitioners and accounting firms) who manage multiple business clients on Lili or plan to move clients to Lili.

What can I do with the Lili Accountant Portal?

With the Lili Accountant Portal, you can:

Invite clients to Lili

• Share your personal referral link.
• Send client invitations directly from the portal by email.

Track referral status

• See which clients have been invited, started their application, and been approved or declined.
• Resend or cancel invitations when needed.

Work with active client accounts

• View a list of clients who were referred by you, approved, and have granted you accountant access.
• Open a read-only view of each client’s banking dashboard.
• Download the latest monthly statements for individual clients or all clients at once.

Use a dedicated accountant experience

• Access a dedicated accountant portal separate from the standard business banking interface.
• If you’re also a Lili business customer yourself, you can switch between your own business dashboard and the Accountant Portal without creating a second login.

What kind of access do accountants get?

When a client grants you access from their Lili business account, you receive view-only accountant access. This typically includes:

• Viewing recent transactions, bills and invoices.
• Viewing and downloading monthly statements and selected reports.

You cannot:

• Move money, send payments, or manage cards.
• Change account ownership details or core business settings.

Business owners stay in full control and can grant or remove your access at any time.

How do I get access?

The Accountant Portal is currently invite-only:

• A member of the Lili team reviews your details and sends you an email invitation.
• From that email, you complete a short onboarding flow to set up (or attach) your login and access the portal.
