How can we help?

How do I get access to the Lili Accountant Portal and set it up from the invite email?

The Lili Accountant Portal is currently invite-only and is available to external accountants and bookkeeping firms that support small and medium-sized business clients.

You can’t sign up for the portal directly from the Lili website or app. To get access, you’ll first speak with the Lili team and then receive an invitation email.

How do I get access?

To request access to the Accountant Portal, you can either submit your details through Lili’s partner interest form or reach out to your existing Lili representative or the Lili team and let them know you’d like access.

After a short demo call with the Lili team, you’ll receive an invitation email to join the Accountant Portal.

What’s in the invite email?

The invitation email includes a link to Set up your accountant portal – used to activate your accountant access.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders, confirm the email address with the Lili team, and ask them to resend the invitation if needed.

How do I set up the portal from the email?

The setup flow depends on whether you already have a Lili login with the same email address.

If you are new to Lili

  1. Open the Set up your accountant portal link from the email.
  2. Review the welcome page and select Continue.
  3. Verify your phone number using a one-time passcode (OTP).
  4. Create your password.
  5. After setup is complete, you’ll be taken directly to the Accountant Portal.

If you already have a Lili login

  1. Open the Set up your accountant portal link from the email.
  2. Review the welcome page.
  3. Log in using your existing Lili credentials.
  4. Your accountant access will be added to your existing account.
  5. After login, you’ll be taken directly to the Accountant Portal.

Need help?

If you believe you should have access but haven’t received an invite after your demo call, contact the Lili team with your full name, firm name, and business email address. They can confirm your status and resend the invite if needed.
