To keep your account secure and your app running smoothly, the Lili mobile app requires a minimum mobile operating system version on both iOS and Android.

Supported mobile operating systems

The Lili app currently supports:

• Apple iOS: iOS 14.0 or higher
• Android: Android 5.1 or higher

If your device is running iOS 14+ or Android 5.1+ and can download the latest version of the Lili app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it is generally supported.

Keeping your OS and Lili app up to date

For the best experience and security, we recommend that you:

• Keep your mobile operating system updated to the latest version your device supports.
• Always use the latest version of the Lili app, installing updates from the App Store or Google Play when they become available.

Updating both your OS and the Lili app can resolve many common issues, especially around features like mobile check deposit and push notifications.

If your OS is below the minimum supported version

If your device is on a version lower than iOS 14 or Android 5.1:

• You may not be able to install the Lili app.
• If you already have the app, you may not be able to update to newer versions.
• Some features may not work correctly, and we may not be able to fully support issues on unsupported OS versions.

In that case, you have two options:

1. Update your device’s OS
   • Check your device settings to see if a newer version of iOS or Android is available.
   • If your device supports iOS 14+ or Android 5.1+, update the OS and then update or reinstall the Lili app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Use a different supported device or the web app
   • If your current device can’t be updated to a supported OS version, you can:
     • Access Lili from another mobile device that meets the OS requirements, or
     • Use the Lili web app from a supported browser on your computer.

If you’re not sure whether your device is supported, check your OS version in your device settings and compare it to the minimums above, then check the Lili app listing in the App Store or Google Play for any additional compatibility messages

Tablets and other devices

The Lili mobile app is designed and tested primarily for use on mobile phones that meet the OS version requirements above. Some tablets may be able to install and run the Lili app, but behavior and layout can vary by device and are not guaranteed to be fully optimized.

If you experience issues on a tablet or other device, try accessing your Lili account from a supported mobile phone or via the web app.
