How do I receive the cashback from my eligible purchases?

Lili Pro, Lili Smart, and Lili Premium customers are eligible for cashback through the Visa SavingsEdge program when they use their Lili Visa® Debit card at participating merchants.

Current program (from June 1, 2024)

From June 1, 2024, all eligible Lili Visa® Debit cardholders must link their card through Visa SavingsEdge to receive cashback awards on qualifying purchases at participating merchants.

To receive cashback:

  1. Go to the Visa SavingsEdge website.
  2. Enroll or sign in to your Visa SavingsEdge account.
  3. Link your Lili Visa® Debit card following the on‑screen instructions.
  4. Use your linked Lili Visa® Debit card at participating merchants that are part of the Visa SavingsEdge program.

Once your card is linked, cashback awards on qualifying purchases will be provided as a statement credit to your Lili account.

How and when cashback appears

  • Cashback is calculated and awarded by Visa SavingsEdge, based on their participating merchant offers and terms.
  • When a cashback award is issued, it will appear as a statement credit in your Lili account (not as a separate deposit), typically with a description referencing Visa SavingsEdge or the relevant merchant offer.
  • Timing of cashback posting can vary by merchant and offer. In many cases, credits post within a few weeks after the qualifying transaction has fully settled, but some offers may take longer.

Your Lili account must be open and in good standing to receive and keep cashback credits. If your account is closed or restricted, pending rewards may not post or may be forfeited, in line with applicable program terms.

If you don’t see expected cashback

If you believe you should have received cashback but don’t see a statement credit:

  1. Confirm that your Lili Visa® Debit card is linked in your Visa SavingsEdge account.
  2. Make sure the purchase was made with your linked Lili card at a participating merchant and that it meets the terms of the offer (for example, minimum spend, merchant category, and timing).
  3. Check how long it has been since the transaction settled; some rewards can take several weeks to post.

If you’ve confirmed the steps above and still don’t see your cashback after a reasonable period, you can:

Prior cashback program (through May 31, 2024)

Under the previous program, eligible customers were automatically enrolled in Visa SavingsEdge.

  • Eligible purchases with selected merchants earned cashback automatically.
  • Cashback awards were credited as statement credits to the customer’s Lili account.
  • The program ended on May 31, 2024.
  • Final qualifying purchases for this program were posted on May 31, 2024, and final statement credits were posted by June 14, 2024.
