You can use your Lili debit card with Apple Pay and Google Pay to make secure contactless, in‑app, and online payments from your mobile devices.

Add your Lili card to Apple Pay

• Open the Wallet app on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
• Tap the + icon and choose Debit or Credit Card.
• Scan or enter your Lili Visa Debit Card details and follow Apple’s instructions to verify your card.
• Once verification is complete, your card will be ready to use with Apple Pay.

Add your Lili card to Google Pay

• Open the Google Pay or Google Wallet app on your Android device.
• Tap Add to Wallet → Payment card and enter your Lili Visa Debit Card details.
• Follow the prompts to verify your card.
• Once verified, you can use your card anywhere Google Pay is accepted.

Common issues when adding your card

• Your Lili card is not active yet – you can only add an active card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Your device’s operating system or wallet app is out of date – install the latest updates and try again.
• The CVV or billing ZIP code is incorrect – double‑check the information printed on your physical card or in the digital card details in the Lili app, then re‑enter it.
• Your card is currently frozen – open the Lili app, unfreeze your card, and try adding it to your wallet again.
