When you initially activate your card you will be asked to set your PIN.
If you’d like to set or change your PIN, please use the following instructions:
Web App:
- go to the left panel menu
- choose My Lili Card
- on the right side under Card Actions, choose Change PIN
- on the next screen you will be asked to choose and verify your new PIN
- click on the Submit button
Mobile App:
- go to the Main Menu
- choose My Lili Card
- go to the Card Settings icon
- choose Change Pin, and follow the instructions

Wire Transfer services are provided by Column Bank N.A., Member FDIC. All wires are subject to acceptance criteria and risk-based review and may be rejected at the sole discretion of Column Bank N. A. or Lili App Inc.
