You can set or update the PIN for your Lili Visa® Debit Card from your Lili account. Your PIN is a 4-digit code used for ATM withdrawals, balance inquiries, and other PIN-based debit card transactions.

Which card this applies to

This article applies only to your Lili Visa® Debit Card. If you also have a BusinessBuild Credit Card, you do not need to set or change a PIN for that card because the BusinessBuild card never uses a PIN.

Change your PIN

1. Sign in to your Lili account.
2. Select Cards from the menu.
3. If you have more than one card, select your Lili Visa® Debit Card.
4. Tap or click the More icon.
5. Select Change PIN.
6. Enter your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.

Good to know

You create your debit card PIN when you activate your physical card, and you can update it later at any time from your account. If you enter the wrong PIN, your debit card transaction may be declined.

Security tip: To help protect your account, avoid simple PINs like 1234, 0000, or repeating and sequential number patterns. Choose a PIN that’s memorable to you but harder for others to guess.
