What are the fees for using my card?

There are no Lili fees when you use your Lili Visa® Debit Card for everyday spending in the U.S. This includes in‑store and online purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Purchases in the U.S.

  • Lili does not charge a fee for U.S.‑based debit card purchase transactions.
  • There is no foreign transaction fee when you pay a merchant with your Lili debit card, even if the purchase is processed internationally.

ATM withdrawals and balance inquiries

  • In‑network ATMs (MoneyPass®) in the U.S. and Puerto Rico: $0.00 ATM Transaction Fee – MoneyPass Network.
  • Non‑MoneyPass domestic ATMs: $2.50 ATM Transaction Fee – Non MoneyPass Network (Domestic), plus any surcharge the ATM owner may charge.
  • International ATM withdrawals (outside the U.S.): $5.00 ATM Transaction Fee – International ATM, plus any surcharge the ATM owner may charge.
  • International ATM balance inquiry: $2.50 ATM Balance Inquiry Fee – International ATM, plus any surcharge the ATM owner may charge.

With your Lili Visa® Debit Card, you can withdraw cash for free at over 38,000 in‑network ATMs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico by using the ATM locator in the Lili app and choosing MoneyPass ATMs.

No extra debit card fees

Lili does not charge debit card fees related to foreign transactions, in‑network ATM usage, card inactivity, or minimum balance requirements. Any additional fees you may see on an ATM screen or receipt are surcharge fees charged by the ATM owner, not by Lili.
