After you open a Lili account, we get started on personalizing your Lili Visa® Debit Card. It usually takes up to 2 weeks for your Lili card to arrive at your home address. In the meantime, don't worry, you have your digital card for mobile and online purchases. For more details, see here.
To track your card simply go to the Lili app, log-in and in the main screen you will see your card tracker:
Embossing – Your card is being created
Shipping – Your card is on its way
Activation – Your card should be in your mailbox and ready to activate.
If you don't have your Lili Visa® Debit Card within 2 weeks after opening your account, contact us at support@lilibanking.com.
