How can we help?

How does an authorized user set up their Lili login?

After you’re invited to join a Lili account as an authorized user, you’ll need to complete a few steps before you can access the dashboard. This setup helps protect your privacy and supports banking regulations designed to keep accounts secure.

This setup flow applies only to authorized users with permissions to move funds, such as admins and managers.

Important: Authorized users can only access Lili through the web app. For the best experience, open your invitation link in a supported web browser and complete setup there.

First, you’ll be asked to

  1. Enter your phone number.
  2. Verify it with a one-time passcode (OTP).
  3. Create your password.

Next, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information to verify your identity and complete your setup. The information required depends on whether you are a U.S. or non-U.S. user.

What information will I need to provide?

If you are a U.S. user, you’ll need to provide:

  • Your Social Security number (SSN)
  • Your date of birth
  • Your home address

If you are a non-U.S. user, you’ll need to provide:

  • Your country of citizenship
  • Your passport number
  • Your passport expiration date
  • Your date of birth
  • Your home address

Non-U.S. users will also need to complete identity verification with a selfie. This extra step helps protect your information and supports banking compliance requirements.

What happens after I complete setup?

Once your information is submitted and your identity is verified, you’ll be able to access your Lili dashboard. If additional review is needed, access may take longer to complete.
