All Lili account plans (Core, Pro, Smart, and Premium) can use the Team Management feature to securely give other people access to help manage the business. Instead of sharing your personal login, you assign each person a role, and that role controls exactly what they can and cannot do on your Lili account.

Available roles on Lili

• Owner  – Full control of the account and team access, including money movement, settings, and user management.
• Admin (Administrator) – Helps run day‑to‑day finances, with broad permissions to move money and manage key features, but cannot change owner details or close the account.
• Manager – Operational manager who can run most daily finance flows, with some actions requiring approval or special permission.
• Accountant – View and export‑focused access for bookkeeping and taxes, with no ability to move money or manage cards.
