As the account owner, you can remove an authorized user from your Lili account at any time. Once removed, the user will no longer have access to your account, cards, or business tools.
How to remove an authorized user
- Open the Lili app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Team section.
- Find the authorized user you want to remove.
- Click the three‑dot menu next to their name.
- Select Remove user.
- Confirm your selection.
What happens after removal
- The user immediately loses access to the account.
- Any cards issued to that user will be deactivated.
- The user will no longer be able to view transactions, move funds, or use Lili tools.
- Past transactions made by the user will remain in your account history.
Things to keep in mind
- Only the account owner can remove authorized users.
- Removing a user does not delete past activity or records.
- If needed, you can add the user again later.
- Removing authorized users is currently only available from the Lili web app, not from the mobile app.
