Team invitations expire after 7 days. When an invitation expires, you can easily resend it directly from the Team section in your account settings. The recipient will receive a new invitation email with a fresh 7-day expiration period.
How to identify expired invitations
Expired invitations are clearly marked with an "Invite Expired" status badge next to the team member's name in the Team section. This applies to all team member types, including:
- Additional business owners
- Accountants
- Managers
- Admins
