How can we help?

How do I resend an expired team invitation?

Team invitations expire after 7 days. When an invitation expires, you can easily resend it directly from the Team section in your account settings. The recipient will receive a new invitation email with a fresh 7-day expiration period.

How to identify expired invitations

Expired invitations are clearly marked with an "Invite Expired" status badge next to the team member's name in the Team section. This applies to all team member types, including:

  • Additional business owners
  • Accountants
  • Managers
  • Admins

  3. Find the team member with the "Invite Expired" status badge.
  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to their name.
  5. Click "Resend" from the menu.
  6. A confirmation message will appear: "Invitation resent to [email]".

Important notes

  • Email delivery: Make sure the team member checks their spam or junk folder if they don't see the invitation email within a few minutes.
  • Expiration timing: All team invitations expire 7 days after they are sent. Resending creates a new 7-day window.
