Yes. If you added additional business owners during your Lili account application, you can grant them access to your account from the Team section in your Account Settings.
How do I grant access to a business owner?
- Go to the Lili web app and sign in as the primary account owner
- Click your profile at the top right and choose Account Settings
- Scroll to the Team section
- Find the business owner you'd like to grant access to
- Click Grant Access
Once you click Grant Access, we'll send an email invitation to the business owner. Their status will update to Invite Sent, and their permissions will change to Full Access once they accept the invitation.
Manage pending owner invites
After you send an invite to a business owner, you can manage it from the Team section in Account Settings.
- Find the invited owner with Invite Sent status
- Click the three‑dot menu
- Choose one of these options:
- Resend invite – Send a new invitation email to the owner
- Copy invite URL – Copy the secure signup link so you can share it directly
- Cancel invite – Cancel the invitation so the link can no longer be used
Once the invite is accepted, the owner will move from Invite Sent to Active.
What if the invitation expires?
If the business owner doesn't accept the invitation in time, it will expire. When that happens:
- The Invite Sent status will no longer appear
- The Grant Access option will be available again
You can resend the invitation at any time by clicking Grant Access again.
Can I add a new business owner from the Team section?
No. You can only grant access to business owners who were added during the application process. It's not possible to add new business owners from the Team section.
If you want to add someone who is not a business owner to your account, such as an Administrator or Accountant, you can by clicking on "+ Add a team member".
