Yes, you can create and edit line items and use them for future invoicing!
To create a new line item for invoicing in Services & Products, do the following:
Web App:
- In the main menu, click on Invoicing > Services & Products
- At the top right, click on the Add New Item button
- In the popup window, enter in the Item Name, Description and Price
- Click on the Save & Add button
Mobile App:
- In the main menu, choose Invoicing
- Tap on the settings icon found at the top right
- At the bottom of the window that opens, choose “Services & Products”
- In the next screen, enter in the Item Name, Description and Price
- Tap on the Add Item button
To edit an existing line item, do the following:
Web App:
- In the main menu, click on Invoices > Services & Products
- Find the item you wish to edit, click on the three dots to the right and choose Edit Details
- Make changes to the available fields (Item Name, Description, Price) and click on Save
Mobile App:
- In the main menu, choose Invoicing
- Tap on the settings icon found at the top right
- At the bottom of the window that opens, choose “Services & Products”
- In the next screen, make changes to the available fields (Item Name, Description and Price) and tap on Save
