Does Lili offer Bill Pay?

Yes. Bill Pay is included with Lili Smart and Lili Premium so you can pay business bills, vendors, and team members directly from your Lili account on web or mobile. It centralizes your payables so you can upload bills, schedule payments, and track their status in one place.
 

What you can do with Bill Pay

With Bill Pay, you can:

  • Add bills by uploading a file or entering details manually.
  • Pay vendors, suppliers, landlords, and employees from your Lili business account using standard ACH transfers, domestic and international wire transfers, or by mailing a check through Lili.
  • Request payment details from a vendor securely if you don’t yet have their bank information, using Ask Your Vendor.
  • Track each bill from “Unpaid” through “Paid,” and update status if you settle a bill outside of Lili.

Who can use Bill Pay and where to find it

Bill Pay is available to Lili Smart and Lili Premium business customers on both the Lili Web App and Mobile App.

To open Bill Pay:

  • Web: Sign in to your Lili account, then go to Main Menu > Bill Pay.
  • Mobile: Open the Lili app and go to Main Menu > Bill Pay.

You can also start from Send Money if you already know which bill or vendor you want to pay.

How to create a new bill

To add a new bill from Bill Pay:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Bill Pay > Add a New Bill.
  2. Choose Upload a bill file to pull in details from an invoice, or Add a bill manually to enter the information yourself.
  3. Save the bill to pay later, or select Proceed to Payment to pay it right away.

Once saved, you’ll see the bill in your Bill Pay hub with its current status and due date.
