Can I duplicate a bill?

Yes, you can duplicate an existing bill on both the Lili Mobile App and Web App to save time when you need to pay the same vendor again. This is especially helpful for recurring expenses like rent, subscriptions, or ongoing vendor retainers.


How to duplicate a bill (Mobile and Web)

You can duplicate bills from your Bill Pay page on both Mobile and Web.

  • Go to Main Menu > Bill Pay.
  • Select the bill you want to use as your starting point.
  • From the bill actions (bottom menu on Mobile, actions menu on Web), select Duplicate.

You’ll be taken to the bill creation screen with the original bill’s details pre‑filled. Review and update anything that’s changed, then select Create to save the new bill and continue to scheduling or payment.
 

What happens after you duplicate

After you select Duplicate and then complete the bill creation, the new bill will appear in your Bill Pay list on both Mobile and Web as an unpaid bill.

From there, you can:

  • Upload supporting documents, if needed
  • Set a payment reminder so you don’t miss the due date
  • Pay the bill from your Lili account or mark it as paid manually if you’ve already paid it outside of Lili
