Can I customize my invoices?

Yes, you can perform the following customizations to your invoices:

  • add a business logo to your invoices (or choose from one of Lili's predesigned logos)*
  • select whether to add your bank account details (for ACH payments), and/or your name and address (for check deposits)
  • add a brand color to your invoice*

To add your business logo to your invoices (or choose from one of Lili's predesigned logos):

  • tap on the Cog (Settings) icon located in the upper right corner of "Invoicing" screen (Main Menu > Invoices)
  • choose "Invoice Logo"
  • tap "Upload Logo" to upload your own image, or tap on one of the other options to choose a predesigned logo
  • tap on "Invoice color" and choose any color you'd like on your receipts

To select the payment options that will appear in your invoices:

  • tap on the Cog (Settings) icon located in the upper right corner of "Invoicing" screen (Main Menu > Invoicing)
  • choose "Payment Options"
  • select the desired option(s) [you can choose up to three options]

To select the payment details that will appear in your invoices:

  • tap on the Settings icon located in the upper right corner of "Invoices" screen (Main Menu > Invoicing)
  • choose "Payment Details"
  • select the desired option(s)

Note: When creating your first invoice, these settings will be accessible from: Main Menu > Invoicing, which will be a setup wizard that enables you to customize your invoices and connect payment apps.
