Yes, you can perform the following customizations to your invoices:
- add a business logo to your invoices (or choose from one of Lili's predesigned logos)
- select whether to add your bank account details (for ACH and Wire Transfer payments), and/or your name and address (for payment by check)
- add a brand color to your invoice
To add your business logo and/or business color to your invoices:
Web App:
- go to the Main Menu > Invoicing and on the right, click on “More Actions”
- choose "Invoice Logo" and then drag and drop your logo image, choose “Click to Upload” to upload your own image, or click on one of the predefined logo options and then click on “Update”
- choose "Invoice color" and then choose the color you'd like on your receipts
Mobile App:
- tap on the Cog (Settings) icon located in the upper right corner of "Invoicing" screen (Main Menu > Invoices)
- choose "Invoice logo" and then tap "Upload Logo" to upload your own logo image, or tap on one of the other options to choose a predesigned logo
- choose "Invoice color" and then choose the color you'd like on your receipts
To select the payment options that will appear in your invoices:
Web App:
- go to the Main Menu > Invoicing and on the right, click on More Actions
- choose "Payment options"
- select up to 3 payment Apps
Mobile App:
- tap on the Cog (Settings) icon located in the upper right corner of the "Invoicing" screen (Main Menu > Invoicing)
- choose "Payment Options"
- select up to 3 payment Apps
To select the payment details that will appear in your invoices:
Web App:
- go to the Main Menu > Invoicing and on the right, click on More Actions
- choose "Payment details"
- select the desired option(s)
Mobile App:
- tap on the Cog (Settings) icon located in the upper right corner of the "Invoicing" screen (Main Menu > Invoicing)
- choose "Set invoice details"
- select the desired option(s)
Note: When creating your first invoice, these settings will be accessible from: Main Menu > Invoicing, which will be a setup wizard that enables you to customize your invoices and connect payment apps.
