Primary account owners can grant or resend access for other business owners—who were already listed during onboarding—directly from Lili’s web app in the Team section of Settings.
Where to manage your Team (web only)
This feature is available on the web version of Lili.
- Go to the Lili web app and sign in as the primary account owner.
- Click your profile at the top right and choose Account Settings.
- Scroll to the Team section.
- You’ll see the business owners who were added to your Lili account during onboarding, including any additional owners.
How to grant access to an additional business owner
If an additional business owner from onboarding is listed but doesn’t have access yet:
- In Account Settings, scroll to Team.
- Find the additional business owner in the list.
- Click Grant access next to their name.
There is no extra confirmation screen—once you click Grant access, we create their invitation.
What happens next:
- An email invitation is sent to that business owner.
- They click the link in the email and set up a password.
- After creating their password, they can sign in and access the same Lili business account as an additional owner.
Once you click Grant access, a three-dots menu (⋯) appears next to that owner in the Team list.
How to copy and share the invite link
After you’ve granted access and the three-dots menu appears:
- In Account Settings → Team, locate the additional business owner you just granted access to.
- Click the ⋯ (three-dots) menu next to their name.
- Select Copy invite link.
- Paste and share the invite link directly with the owner (for example, via your own email, text, or messenger).
When they open the invite link, they’ll be prompted to set up a password and complete their login to the Lili account.
You can rely on our email invitation and also share the copied invite link if that’s easier for them.
Important notes
- This flow is only for additional business owners who were already listed during the onboarding process. It lets the primary account owner grant and resend access; it does not remove an owner from the account.
If you need to change who is listed as a business owner or fully remove an owner from your Lili account, please contact our team for help.
