How do I transfer funds from my Savings Account?

You can move money from your Savings Account back to your primary Lili business checking account in just a few clicks, on both web and mobile. These are instant internal transfers with no Lili fees, so you can bring funds back into checking whenever your business needs them.

 

How transfers from Savings work

  • Transfers move money from your Savings Account to your Lili checking account under the same business.
  • The amount you can transfer is limited only by your available Savings balance (up to 100% of the balance).
  • Transfers post immediately between your Savings and checking balances; you’ll see the movement reflected in your account totals and on your Transactions page.

You can keep using automatic savings to add funds into Savings, and move money back to checking manually whenever your cash‑flow needs change.

 

Transfer funds from Savings in the web app

  1. Sign in to your Lili account from the web app.
  2. On your Dashboard, locate the top row of widgets and click on your Savings Account widget (in the middle of the top line, next to your checking account).
  3. On the Savings screen, select the Withdraw to checking or Transfer action (as labeled in your view).
  4. Enter the amount you want to move back to your checking account (up to your available Savings balance).
  5. Review and confirm the transfer.

Your checking and Savings balances will update right away, and the transfer will appear on your Transactions page for record‑keeping.

 

Transfer funds from Savings in the mobile app

  1. Open the Lili app and sign in.
  2. On the first screen after login (your Dashboard), make sure the Banking tab is selected.
  3. Under your Checking Account balance, tap your Savings Account.
  4. On the Savings screen, tap the Withdraw (or Transfer) button at the top, depending on how it’s labeled in your app version.
  5. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer back to your checking account.
  6. Review and confirm the transfer.

Once confirmed, the money moves immediately to your Lili checking account and is available for payments, transfers, or other business expenses; the transfer will also appear on your Transactions page.

 

Can I transfer all of my Savings balance?

Yes—subject to any minimum balance or program terms displayed in your Savings view, you can transfer up to your full available Savings balance back to checking in a single move. If your business maintains internal reserve targets (for taxes, payroll, or other purposes), we recommend aligning withdrawals with your internal policies and approvals.
