How do I export my account’s transaction history?

You can export your Lili transaction history as a CSV file anytime. Your exported CSV file is designed to work smoothly with your accounting workflows. This helps you share data with your accountant, reconcile your books, or keep your own offline records.

How to export your transactions

Follow these steps to export your account activity from the Lili Web or Mobile App.

  1. Open the main menu and choose Transactions.
  2. At the top of the page, use the filters to set:
    • Date range (transaction period)
    • Transaction type (for example: Purchases, Money Transfers, Check Deposits)
    • Amount range, if needed
  3. When your filters are set and the list shows the transactions you want, select Export at the top right.
  4. A CSV file will download to your device’s default download folder. The file name will begin with “LiliTransactions” so it’s easy to find.

If you don’t see the file, check your browser or device download settings and your Downloads folder.

What your export includes

Your CSV export includes the key details your business and finance partners rely on.

Each row represents one transaction and includes:

  • Transaction date
  • Transaction amount
  • Settlement currency
  • Transaction type
  • Merchant name
  • Status 
  • Notes attached to the transaction
  • Category

You can open this file in Excel, Google Sheets, or upload it into your accounting system to filter, sort, and analyze your company’s activity.

How filters impact your export

Your export reflects exactly what you see on the Transactions screen when you tap Export.

  • If you apply a date range, only transactions from that period will be in the CSV.
  • If you filter by transaction type or amount, only matching transactions will be included.
  • If you remove all filters, your export will include all available transactions for the selected account.

Before exporting, review your filters and transaction list to confirm it includes the date range and activity your team needs.
