You can move money between your Lili account and any external bank account you own using ACH transfers. This works in both directions: pulling funds into Lili or pushing them out to your external bank.
Before you start, make sure your external account is already linked to Lili. If it is not linked yet, see How do I link an external bank account to my Lili account?

Add Money to Your Lili Account from an External Bank
Web App
- From the dashboard, click Move Money.
- Select Transfer from a Linked Account.
- Choose the external linked account you want to pull funds from.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
Mobile App
- Go to the Move Money tab.
- Select Add Money.
- Tap Transfer from my Linked Account.
- Choose the external linked account.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
Send Money from Your Lili Account to an External Bank
Web App
- From the dashboard, click Move Money.
- Select Transfer to a Linked Account.
- Choose the external linked account you want to send funds to.
- Enter the amount.
- Choose Standard or Express ACH.
- Confirm the transfer.
Mobile App
- Go to the Move Money tab.
- Select Send Money.
- Tap Transfer to my Linked Account.
- Choose the external account.

The first time you use a linked account, Lili will ask whether it is a business or individual account. You will only need to do this once per linked account.
Transfer Times
ACH transfers between Lili and an external linked account typically take 1 to 5 business days, depending on when the transfer is initiated and the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Transfer Limits
Your ACH transfer limits depend on your account type and activity history. Limits apply separately to inbound transfers (pulling funds into Lili) and outbound transfers (sending funds out of Lili).

Can I link a bank account from another institution?Yes. Lili supports external accounts from most major U.S. banks and credit unions via Plaid.
