You can generate a Bank Letter for your account through the Lili App. Please note that the second page of the bank letter contains a voided check. The image of the voided check may be provided to an employer or other payer to set up a direct deposit to your Lili account.
Please follow the steps below to download the Bank Letter:
In the Mobile App:
In the Web App:
- sign into the Web app by going here
- go to the Web app menu by moving your mouse to the left side of the page
- click on "Reports & Statements" and select "Bank Letter"
- the Bank Letter will automatically download to your device in PDF format
- go to the Web app menu by moving your mouse to the left side of the page
- click on "Reports & Statements" and select "Bank Letter"
- the Bank Letter will automatically download to your device in PDF format
In the Mobile App:
- sign into the Mobile App
- go to the Lili App Main Menu
- scroll down and choose "Banking Statements"
- select "Bank Letter"
- choose where to attach the Bank Letter as a PDF
- go to the Lili App Main Menu
- scroll down and choose "Banking Statements"
- select "Bank Letter"
- choose where to attach the Bank Letter as a PDF
