Transaction visibility depends on the user’s role and permissions on the account. Some users can see all business transactions, while others may only be able to see the transactions they initiated themselves.

The primary account owner and other business owners can view all business transactions in the account, including transactions initiated by other authorized users. Other users may have more limited visibility based on the access level assigned to them.
