To receive an ACH transfer to your Lili account, share your ACH account details with the sender. You can find these details in your Lili account using the web app or mobile app.
Set up an inbound ACH transfer
On the web
- Sign in to your Lili account.
- Click Move Money.
- Under Add Money, select ACH transfer.
- Copy your ACH account details and share them with the sender, or download the ACH instructions document and share that instead.
In the mobile app
- Open the Lili app.
- Tap Add Money.
- Tap Set Up ACH Transfer.
- View your ACH account details and share them with the sender, or download the ACH instructions document and share that instead.
What to share
The sender will typically need your account holder name, ACH routing number, and account number. The ACH instructions document includes the relevant details, so you can share that instead of copying the information manually.
Make sure you share your ACH routing number, not your wire routing number. Lili uses a different routing number for incoming ACH transfers and domestic wire transfers.
Timing
The time it takes to receive an ACH transfer depends on the financial institution sending the payment. Once Lili receives the transfer, it is posted to your account right away, and you’ll get a push notification.
