When will I receive my ACH transfer (Direct Deposit)?

ACH Transfer (non-linked account):
The time it takes to receive an ACH transfer / Direct Deposit depends on the financial institution initiating the transfer. If you haven't received notification or have questions about the timing of the transfer, please contact the payer for a status of the transfer. 
 
Important - Lili posts your ACH transfers immediately upon receipt and sends a push notification letting you know that it posted. This ACH Transfer (non-linked account) is also known as a ACH transfer.

ACH Transfer (linked account):
If a transfer is made using this method (bank to bank), it can take 1-5 business days for transfers initiated from Lili, to clear, depending on what day / time of day the transfer was initiated. If the transfer is from Lili to the external account, the settle time is dependent upon the receiving bank. ACH transfers do not process on weekends or banking holidays, and only transmit once a day. During the hold time, you'll see this communicated in the app along with the clearance data. If the payment isn't showing in the app as being on hold, this means that it hasn't been sent yet by the payer, in which case you should check with the payer for the status of the payment.
