How can we help?

I did not receive my Accountant Portal invite email. What should I do?

If you were expecting an invite to the Lili Accountant Portal and don’t see it in your inbox, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

1. Check your email folders and filters

  • Look for an email from Lili at the address where you expect to receive the invite.
  • Check Spam/JunkPromotionsUpdates, and any custom folders or rules you use.
  • Search your mailbox for terms like “Lili”, “Accountant Portal”, or “invitation”.
  • If you find it in Spam, mark it as Not spam and move it to your inbox so future Lili emails are delivered correctly.

2. Confirm the email address used for the invite

  • Make sure the person who requested or sent your invite (for example, your Lili partner manager) used the correct email address.
  • If you have multiple email addresses, confirm which one they used (work vs. personal, aliases, etc.).
  • Ask them to re-send the invitation if there was a typo or they used the wrong address.

A wrong or misspelled email is one of the most common reasons invites don’t arrive.

3. Check with your IT or email administrator

If you’re using a firm or company email domain:

  • Ask your IT team to check if emails from Lili are being blocked, quarantined, or filtered before they reach your inbox.
  • Request that they allowlist Lili’s sending domains and any relevant IPs in your organization’s email security tools.
  • Have them review email logs around the time the invite was sent to see if it was rejected or bounced.

This is especially important for firms with strict security or spam filters.

4. Contact Lili Support

If none of the above works:

  • Reach out to Lili Support and explain that you have not received your Accountant Portal invite email.
  • Include these details to speed up the review:
    • Your full name
    • The email address that should receive the invite
    • Your firm name (if applicable)
    • Approximately when the invite was first sent and by whom (e.g., “my Lili partner manager last week”)

Support can check whether an invite was generated, whether it bounced, and what needs to be done so you can access the Accountant Portal.
