How can we help?

What are my account limits?

Lili uses account limits to help protect your business and manage risk across different types of transactions, like card purchases, ATM withdrawals, mobile check deposits, ACH transfers, and cash deposits. Your exact limits can vary based on your plan, account history, and other risk‑based factors.

Where can I see my current limits?

The most accurate and up‑to‑date view of your transaction limits is always inside the Lili app:

  • Open the Lili app.
  • Web App:
    • Navigate to where your name / business name are showing at the top left of the app
    • Click on the down arrow to open the dropdown window
    • Choose “Account Settings”
    • Scroll down and choose Transaction Limits

       Mobile App:

  • Navigate to the main menu
  • Scroll down and choose Transactions Limits
  • Review your current limits by transaction type (for example, card purchases, ATM withdrawals, ACH transfers, mobile check deposits, and cash deposits).

These in‑app limits apply to your Lili account and will update automatically if your limits change.

Types of limits you may see

While specific values can differ by customer and plan, Lili may apply limits to:

  • Card activity: Daily purchase limits and ATM withdrawal limits for your Lili Visa® Debit card.
  • ACH transfers: Limits on how much you can send to or from linked external bank accounts in a day or month.
  • Mobile check deposits: Limits per check, per day, and per month for depositing checks using the app.
  • Cash deposits: Limits per transaction and per day/month when you deposit cash at participating retailers.

All limits are subject to change and may be adjusted up or down over time based on your account usage, plan type, and overall risk profile.

Why your limits might be different

Your limits can depend on factors such as:

  • Your Lili plan (for example, Basic/Core vs Pro, Smart, or Premium).
  • How long your account has been open and your account activity history (such as direct deposit patterns and transaction volume).
  • Overall risk and compliance reviews.

For example, new accounts or certain high‑risk scenarios may start with lower limits that can increase over time as we see more consistent activity.

Can I request higher limits?

In some cases, you may be able to request a higher limit for specific transaction types:

  • For mobile check deposits, if you need to deposit a check above your current limit, you can use the “Request to deposit a check over the limit” option (if available) within the Mobile Check Deposit feature and follow the prompts.
  • For other transaction types (such as ACH transfers or card limits), please visit the “Transactions Limits” page (see instructions above). Customers that are eligible for higher limits will see the "Need a higher limit? Apply for Limit Increase" option at the top of the Transaction Limits page found in the App (see below):

If you are interested in applying for a limit increase, click on the link and follow the instructions.

  • If you need further assistance, please contact the Lili team (see: How do I contact the Lili team?), using the contact details listed there, and let us know what you’re trying to do and the amount involved.

We review limit‑increase requests case by case and may ask for additional information (for example, invoices, contracts, or details about the expected transaction) as part of our risk and compliance checks.

If you have questions about a specific limit or see a limit message when trying to complete a transaction, check your Account limits in the app first, then reach out to us if you still need help.
