If you've previously connected an external bank account to your Lili account and no longer need it linked, you can remove it at any time from the web app or mobile app.

Before you remove: If you have any scheduled or pending transfers to or from this account, complete or cancel them first. Removing the account while a transfer is in progress may cause that transfer to fail.

Note: Removing a linked account does not delete your transaction history. Any past transfers associated with this account will remain visible in your Lili transaction history.

Remove a linked account — Web App

1. Sign in to your Lili Web App
2. In the “Move Money” menu, click Send Money/Transfer to Linked Account.
3. The list of your connected accounts will appear on the right.
4. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the list.
5. Click the red circle to the left of the account you want to remove.
6. When prompted, confirm by clicking Unlink Account.

The account will be immediately removed from your Lili dashboard.

Remove a linked account — Mobile App

1. Sign in to the Lili Mobile App.
2. Tap the main menu (top-left corner).
3. Under Add Money, select Transfer from my Linked Account.
4. Your connected accounts will appear. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Swipe the account name to the left and confirm removal.

What if I need to reconnect the account later?

You can re-add any external bank account at any time. To reconnect, go to Send Money → Transfer to Linked Account and select Add Account to go through the Plaid connection flow again.
