How much does QuickBooks cost?

There is no cost from Lili to use the QuickBooks integration in the Lili app. You can connect your Lili account to QuickBooks and sync your transactions at no additional charge from Lili.

QuickBooks itself is separate software provided by Intuit, and QuickBooks subscription fees are set and billed by Intuit, not by Lili.

 

QuickBooks subscription pricing (at a glance)

QuickBooks offers several subscription plans for self‑employed individuals and small businesses. Examples include online tiers such as:

  • QuickBooks Solopreneur
  • QuickBooks Simple Start and other QuickBooks Online plans

Each plan has its own monthly (or annual) price and feature set, and pricing may change over time or vary with promotions.

Because QuickBooks is a third‑party product, Lili does not control QuickBooks pricing, discounts, or taxes. For the most up‑to‑date information on all QuickBooks plans and current offers, visit Intuit’s official QuickBooks pricing page directly in your browser or from within your QuickBooks account settings.

 

How Lili and QuickBooks work together

When you connect your Lili account to QuickBooks:

  • Lili does not charge a fee for the connection or for syncing your eligible transactions into QuickBooks.
  • You continue to pay any subscription fees you owe directly to QuickBooks/Intuit based on the plan you choose.
  • The integration works with supported QuickBooks Online plans; if you are using QuickBooks Desktop or another version, you may need to export/import data manually instead of using the direct integration.

Who charges you for what?

To keep it clear:

  • Lili
    • No fee from Lili to connect your account to QuickBooks or sync available transactions.
    • Standard Lili account terms, transaction limits, and any applicable fees still apply for your banking activity.
  • QuickBooks (Intuit)
    • Charges its own subscription fee for QuickBooks software, which depends on the plan you select.
    • May offer free trials or promotional discounts; those terms are managed directly by Intuit and can change.
