With the introduction of Connect2Credit, eligible customers can now access and monitor their business credit score through an integrated D&B page opened via Lili’s Web app.
What is Connect2Credit?
Connect2Credit is a new feature that integrates Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) credit scoring into the Lili platform. This feature is designed to help businesses—especially new ones—understand, track, and work on improving their credit standing.
By connecting your Lili account to D&B, you can:
- View and monitor your business credit score
- Receive insights into the factors influencing your score
- Take actionable steps—both within Lili and externally—to help improve your credit profile
How to Access Connect2Credit
To start using Connect2Credit, follow these steps on the Lili Web App:
- Open the Lili Web App and log in to your account
- From the main menu, click Business Credit
- If you haven’t already connected your Lili account to your D&B profile, click anywhere in the right hand window to begin the setup process.
- If your DUNS number is not displayed after activating the BuisnessBuild add-on:
- Click Get Your D‑U‑N‑S Number
- Claim your DUNS number on the D&B website (this D&B process can take up to 30 days)
- Enter your DUNS number into the dedicated input field in the Business Credit screen
- If DUNS displayed does not match your known DUNS number please contact Lili's Support team
Once connected, click Check Your Business Score Rating to view your credit score and credit rating details.
