How does a customer gain access to the BusinessBuild program?
There are two options:
- During onboarding, a customer may agree to BusinessBuild
- If the customer already has a Lili account, they can go to the Web App’s Main Menu > Business Credit option and click on the right screen to receive a popup about this feature. The customer only needs to Agree and then they will have access to all the features of this package.
The following is an example of what a customer might see once they've agreed to the BusinessBuild program.
Is there any fee for the BusinessBuild package?
Under the current promotion, the first month will be free and then the following three months will receive a 40% discount. After that, the Lili customer’s checking account will be charged $30 per month. The fee will appear on the customer’s monthly statement as “BusinessBuild Fee.”
