For customers with the Lili Premium or Lili Smart account plan, Lili offers the following accounting reports:
- Profit and Loss
- Statement of Cash Flow
- Expense Reports
- Schedule C
The accounting reports can be accessed as follows:
In the Lili Web App:
- navigate to the left panel and click on Accounting Reports
- choose one of the options: Profit and Loss, Statement of Cash Flow, Expense Reports, Schedule C
- Profit and Loss: on the right click on Get Started, use the filters to choose the period of time you prefer and to the right of the filters, you can choose Download PDF or Print to download the information
- Statement of Cash Flow: on the right, click on Get Started, use the filters to choose the period of time you prefer and to the right of the filters, you can choose Download PDF or Print to download the information
- Expense Reports: on the right, choose the year and period within the year, and the monthly expense reports for the selected period will appear further to the right where each report offers three download options: print, export to Excel, and PDF
- Schedule C: on the right, click on the desired year and further to the right you'll see a pic of the Schedule C with three options at the top right - Print, Download PDF and Edit
In the Lili Mobile App:
- navigate to the main menu and tap on Accounting Reports
- choose one of the options: Expense Reports, Profit and Loss, Statement of Cash Flow, Schedule C
- Expense Reports: Tap on the line with the desired year and period within the year, and the expense report for the selected period will appear. Tapping on the download icon
above the report offers two download options: export to Excel, and PDF - Profit and Loss: Tap on Get Started, use the calendar icon
to choose the period of time you prefer. Upon tapping on the download icon , you can choose to share (via OS native share) the information. - Statement of Cash Flow: Tap on Get Started, use the calendar icon to choose the period of time you prefer. Upon tapping on the download icon , you can choose to share (via OS native share) the information.
- Schedule C: Tap on the desired year and a pic of the Schedule C will appear. Above the pic there are 2 options - Edit and Share (via OS native share).
