How do I add a user to my business account?

Currently, a UBO can only be added to an account during registration, when the account is created by the primary account owner.  

If a UBO was listed on the account during onboarding, the primary account owner can reach out to Lili’s Customer Service and request that the UBO be invited to join and receive full access to the account. 

Note: this article pertains to a multi-user or joint account.
