When you gain eligibility to BalanceUp, you'll be notified and directed to the enrollment flow.
You can always turn off your BalanceUp access in order to avoid a negative balance. To turn on or off your BalanceUp access, sign into the mobile app, go to the Main Menu > BalanceUp, and toggle the BalanceUp switch.
