You can update your physical address directly from the Lili Moblie App menu under Settings > Personal Details, then tap on the pencil icon located next to your address. It's best to keep your mailing address updated at all times, in case you'll need to order a replacement card. We don't accept P.O. Boxes.
Note: Due to regulations, Lili does not allow users to update their physical address through the app during the first 30 days of their account. During this time, if you do need to make a correction, please reach out to Support (support@lili.co).
