You can update your physical address from the Lili App by doing the following:
Web App:
- navigate to the Profile > Account Settings
- click on the Edit button to the right and follow the instructions
Mobile App:
- navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Contact Details
- tap on the pencil icon and follow the instructions on the screen
It's best to keep your mailing address updated at all times, in case you'll need to order a replacement card.
When making a business address change, please note that Lili will not accept a Registered Agent address, Commercial Mail Receiving Agency address (CMRA), Private Mailbox (PMB) or Virtual Office. Lili also doesn't accept P.O. Boxes as a personal or business address.
Note: Due to regulations, Lili does not allow users to update their physical address through the app during the first 30 days of their account. During this time, if you do need to make a correction, please reach out to Support (support@lili.co).
